How does the shawl work?

Wrap it around your shoulders, close the front zip and connect a compatible USB power source. Use the chest button to choose among three heat settings, following the supplied instructions. Keep power connected while heating.

Is a power bank included?

Only when it is explicitly listed in your selected bundle. Check the included items on the product page before ordering. You can also wear the fleece shawl without switching the heat on.

Can I wash it?

Yes, it is machine washable. Disconnect the external power source first and follow the care label for the wash programme and drying method. Let it dry completely before reconnecting power.
